Neighborhood “Dot-mocracy” Ice Cream Social and Movie in the Park

Neighborhood meeting/ice cream social includes voting on art wrap for utility box, followed by Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Movie in the Park (“Rogue One”), treats, Star Wars costume contest and more festivities. Meeting takes place in the park; in case of rain, we’ll meet in the Rec Center. Movie begins at dusk. Official meeting at 8 p.m.
Mission
Windom Park Citizens in Action (WPCiA) is a 501c3 non-profit that serves as the voice of Windom Park neighborhood in Northeast Minneapolis. It is the city-designated citizen participation organization for this geographic area of Minneapolis, as well as the neighborhood's contracting organization for the city's Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP).
