Pollinator Garden Workshop

April 16 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Pop by to learn about Windom Park’s partnership with Hennepin County Climate & Resiliency program, who recently acquired a tax-forfeited property at 2610 22nd Ave NE (near New Brighton Blvd frontage road) to create a pollinator garden to benefit our community. The property has already been cleared of invasive species like Buckthorn and will be prepared over Spring/Summer for native plant plugs this Fall.
In the meantime, we want to talk pollinators and let you know what you can do at your apartment, house or workplace! Windom Park Citizens in Action will be joined by reps from Landbridge Ecological Landscaping as well as the Hennepin County Climate & Resiliency program to discuss the program, project specifics and considerations for your home!
