Come join us for Ice Cream, Tunes and Community!
We’ll have TONS of ice cream novelties, pumping out tunes and connecting with neighbors about the issues and ideas that are important to them. Have an idea, complaint, frustration or dream for our neighborhood. Come chat it up, it’s easy!
We’ll also be accepting nominations for additional board members. Consider joining the board for a two-year period and enjoy the greater connection to your neighborhood & increased ability to affect real change in your community!
Purpose
Windom Park Citizens in Action (WPCiA) is a 501c3 non-profit that serves as the voice of Windom Park neighborhood in Northeast Minneapolis. It is the city-designated citizen participation organization for this geographic area of Minneapolis, as well as the neighborhood's contracting organization for the city's Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP).
