We’ll be serving warm, delicious donuts, courtesy of Sarah Jane’s Bakery, along with hot cider and hot cocoa to keep you warm & toasty while we hear a few words from our incredible artist, Rock ‘CYFI’ Martinez, as well as Park Commissioner Billy Menz and City Councilmember Elliott Payne.
Keep warm next to a fire, chat with your neighbors and stay around to be photographed with the beautiful mural as a backdrop!
Purpose
Windom Park Citizens in Action (WPCiA) is a 501c3 non-profit that serves as the voice of Windom Park neighborhood in Northeast Minneapolis. It is the city-designated citizen participation organization for this geographic area of Minneapolis, as well as the neighborhood's contracting organization for the city's Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP).
